Daugavpils Palace of Culture

On the second floor there is the largest stained-glass artwork in Latvia "Fire and Night", created in 1971 by the artist Egons Cēsinieks.
Daugavpils Palace of Culture offers the opportunity to hold conferences, seminars and corporate events. 
There are several options available:
The large concert hall with a capacity of up to 1070 people with full standard equipment;
Multimedia hall with a capacity of up to 100 persons with full standard equipment;
2nd floor foyer with a capacity of up to 300 persons with full standard equipment;
Inner yard area with a capacity of up to 200 persons with full standard equipment.
